This is the moment Las Vegas Metro police discovered 'the worst' case of child abuse they have seen, with six horrifically abused children, including two locked in a cage.
Officers responding to a domestic violence callout on June 11 found two children, aged nine and eleven, locked in a dog cage and another four severely beaten in an apartment near Flamingo Road and Valley View Boulevard.
One of the children had 'two black eyes that were swollen shut, multiple marks and bruises all over his body, and he was emaciated,' police said.
The child was in such a state that his father thought he had beaten him to death.
Travis Doss, 31, and Amanda Stamper, 33, shared the one-bedroom, one-bathroom extended-stay apartment with seven children under the age of 11.
All of the kids were fathered by Doss, one of whom, a two-year-old, his wife Stamper is the biological mother of.
The disturbing footage, first obtained by 8NewsNow, shows officers attempting to enter the bolted apartment before discovering the dreadful conditions within.
Once officers had entered their flashlights revealed children locked in cages while a pitbull roamed free.
The officers led the children out of the apartment into the daylight where they began to detail their abuse, including being beaten by their father with belts, cords and even a frying pan.
The emaciated child in the cage said he was not given sufficient food despite being a 'big boy now' and would have to share 'one large fry form McDonalds with his siblings' or eat food 'in the trash'.
'He hit my face in the cage because I was squished up trying to get out of the cage because I didn’t do anything and I was freaking out,' the child tells officers in the video.

but then there are these people......I guess the authorities are just too intimidated to actually question this "father" who has custody or even to check up on the kids....
He and she should have 12 inches of air between the soles of their feet and the ground. With their necks attached to a 3/4 inch hemp rope tied to a stout tree limb or lamp pole.

I will buy the rope, travel there on my own dime, say a decent prayer, and hang them myself for free from the nearest appropriate structure. And say a prayer over their dead bodies.

These relationships work so well in tv land and Hollywood, smiling, happy, strong black/white couples loving life and doing so well. Too bad reality sets in very quickly.
Draw and quarter the perpetrators in the public square. Execution is too lenient.

I remember years ago calling the police when I saw what I thought was a teenage girl that was kidnapped or a run away. I reported the license plate because it was obviously a stolen plate. (Ohio truck tag on a banged up car while I was visiting in Florida.) Gave a description of the car, the girl, the much older man driving, and the car tag. I was told there was nothing for the cops to investigate, and to pretty much mind my own business, that I was just being nosy, not a Good Samaritan who had a hunch something was out of place.
