This is the moment Las Vegas Metro police discovered 'the worst' case of child abuse they have seen, with six horrifically abused children, including two locked in a cage.
Officers responding to a domestic violence callout on June 11 found two children, aged nine and eleven, locked in a dog cage and another four severely beaten in an apartment near Flamingo Road and Valley View Boulevard.
One of the children had 'two black eyes that were swollen shut, multiple marks and bruises all over his body, and he was emaciated,' police said.
The child was in such a state that his father thought he had beaten him to death.
Travis Doss, 31, and Amanda Stamper, 33, shared the one-bedroom, one-bathroom extended-stay apartment with seven children under the age of 11.
All of the kids were fathered by Doss, one of whom, a two-year-old, his wife Stamper is the biological mother of.
The disturbing footage, first obtained by 8NewsNow, shows officers attempting to enter the bolted apartment before discovering the dreadful conditions within.
Once officers had entered their flashlights revealed children locked in cages while a pitbull roamed free.
The officers led the children out of the apartment into the daylight where they began to detail their abuse, including being beaten by their father with belts, cords and even a frying pan.
The emaciated child in the cage said he was not given sufficient food despite being a 'big boy now' and would have to share 'one large fry form McDonalds with his siblings' or eat food 'in the trash'.
'He hit my face in the cage because I was squished up trying to get out of the cage because I didn’t do anything and I was freaking out,' the child tells officers in the video.

My father was liberated by the Americans from there. Believe me as he got older his PTSD left him less than a man or father. I CAN imagine the horror because the OSI recruited him because he spoke 8 languages and was allowed to keep pictures he took of the aftermath which I was allowed to see.
Why sterilization is a sound idea for many bet those who don’t want kids would volunteer for it too.
People such as this (I will not call them parents — and I use the term “people” losely) need to be removed from society. Permanently. They have no soul and are not redeemable. They are consumed with evil.
Place these children with a Christian loving family and pray that the awful memories and scars will soon fade.

Sad to say, but I really hope they get “taken care of” in jail.
She wasn't his wife, she was a prostitute working for and living with the dude.
Those were his kids, not hers. From what I could gather, she does have kids but they are living with her family since he allegedly threatened to kill her family if she went to the cops.
Imagine the restraint of law enforcement to not just pull out their pistol and kill the abusers right there.
Probably bought them at Petco or any of the other retailers that sell DOG CRATES.
No neighbors heard cries? No family members aware? No teachers? Heartbreaking.
