> Trump’s behavior and history is losing supporters and voters. <

I must agree with that. I’m seeing it with my conservative friends and relatives.

And that is because they want him to paint himself white and say bah. They are sheep.

Sheep dogs/warriors make the sheep uncomfortable, why is that?

You express your hopes, FRiend which is fine but of zero accuracy. A common mistake of generalizing from one’s specific hopes and dreams and thinking there are many like you. There are not. This is from Washington State, and uniquely a muzzie (which means the article is placed by obamaumao-bots in Columbia, WA. Inserted.

My view:

Case 1: Dems have a virtually unlimited ability to cheat. They will manufacture however many "votes" they need to beat whoever the candidate is.

Case 2: Actual vote stuffing was insignificant in the 2020 Biden victory. The other stuff (years of lies about Trump-Russia, lying about the Biden laptop, etc) made a big difference.

Case 3: Neither actual vote stuffing nor rigging mattered much. The election was legit with inconsequential irregularities being way under the threshold to effect the elections.

Case 4: The Dems have substantisl, but not unlimited ability to stuff ballots. Biden beat Trump with bogus votes, but a big enough Red wave can "beat the cheat", it's all about the margin in swing states.

°°°°°

Depending on which of these you believe Trump as a candidate makes more or less sense.

In Case 1: it doesn't matter. Any GOPer will lose. Trump might logically be preferred as he will at least highlight the cheat. Most of the rest of the field deny it.

In case 2: Trump is still being demonized, and the aggregate character destruction he's been through hurts him. It probably would be better to run someone new to get a fresh start. Trumps massive baggage (5 simultaneous criminal cases) is unique, and an unecessary burden for the GOP.

In Case 3: If 2020 was legit then the GOP needs more votes to win. Is Trump the GOP candidate most likely to beat his own 2020 record GOP vote?

I see arguments on both sides. On the one hand: he got a ton of votes in 2020, way more than 2016. He's proven he can generate huge numbers.

On the other hand: Trump isn't attractong new voters now, he peaked in 2020 and a more attractive to mederate candidate would stand a better chance of growing the GOP total.

Case 4; It is even more clear Trump can't generate a huge red wave. Both his prior elections were tight.

We need a Reagan-like figure who unites the country against Biden.

Trump isn't that guy.

°°°°°

I'm in Case 1. They have perfected ballot stuffing, and the Dems will stuff to victory again.

The GOP will lose no matter the candidate.

I support Trump because he's the biggest irritant available to screw with the Left.

°°°°°

The GOP has no plan to ever win a POTUS election again.

Red

need to get working on nullification and secession to maintain any liberty in the area controlled by the USA.

For Biden to win in 2020, registered voter turnout had to be pretty much 100%.

i.e. it was stolen.

If it was stolen when Trump was president, what makes anyone believe it won’t be when he’s out of power?

Ronna Romney McDaniel is a three-time loser, why should we expect anything differently?

If we keep trying the same thing over and over, should we expect a different result?

I certainly don’t dislike Trump, but we cannot lose again. It may be too far gone now but if we lose again, it’s too far gone in my opinion.

“One person, but I am sure not the first and not the last. As I’ve wrote in other threads, show me one new person to back Trump.”

I hope Trump can win, because I don’t see a better alternative. He has a lot of hurdles to get over and I wonder if he can get over them.

But I have also noted the “new voter” idea.

Trump needs to attract new voters, of course. We see these nice rallies of support, but it seems like these are people who were going to vote for Trump anyway. The rallies are great, but are they what Trump needs?

Is Trump attracting new voters?

What is hilarious is that the D’s are in complete panic mode. They know d*mn well Biden is gone, no way they can push him over the line and claim 81M votes. So who? Kamala? lol. Newsome? lol.

They’re all required to be as extreme as Biden has allowed the left to become. If anyone wants to talk about ‘cracks’, it’s in the D party and their policies respective to normal people.

So, “look! Squirrel!”.

You missed the point completely, I never said vote for the people you list, I even praised the MAGA agenda and want it to continue.

What MAGA candidates need more than anything is the voters for those people and they’re plenty of them. The candidates you listed all have actually won elections.

You don’t tell McCain supporters to get the hell out of your rallies if you need their votes, you don’t trash Ducey if you need his voters, you attract them not trash them.

The problem with the trashing of McCain, Romney, Kemp, and Ducey is indirectly you are trashing some percentage of their voters which you need to win.

The proof is election results, in Arizona and Georgia, Trump and all his endorsed candidates all lost, while in Georgia Kemp and Raffensberger both easily won reelection.

You are correct. But please remember that the sheep dog has an appointed position. A wise shepherd put the sheep dog in that position.

Unfortunately, our electorate is not so wise. They too often vote on impulse and feelings. A candidate who wants to win an election must take that into consideration.

And Trump MUST win in 2024. Another D victory well could mean the Republic.

I suppose it is not clear how people can demand to see that Trump is adding new voters after they see a poll with expanded Trump support — over Biden.

How does such a poll happen without an increase in count?

I was listening to Clay Travis and Buck Sexton on Thursday. Their callers are typically 100% rock solid Trump supporters.

On Thursda, for the first time ever, they had several callers saying Trump should either drop out or they were supporting another nominee.

The persecutions are doing a lot for Trump and will do more as the truth slips through the media news sieve.

Remember, he spent half of what Hillary spent and won, in large part thanks to condemnation in the media. There’s no such thing as bad publicity.

I’m counting on the moral outrage and sense of fairness, as the prosecutions mount along with the disastrous war and economy bringing in a majority. Despite the cluster bombs, I think Russia will prevail; there’s very little chance of Biden having claim to a great victory over “the evil empire.”

“What about 2024, can he win if he got the same vote?”

Well, there’s no other Republican that will get anywhere near that amount of votes, so I hope you can understand why the rest of us think your questions are silly and pointless.

Since no other Republican can get close to Trump in the primaries I guess they’d get even less votes than him in the general election. Looks like we are stuck with 4 more years of Biden

I would not doubt that. America is getting more degenerate every day. Degenerates and perverts will not have an honest decent individual leading them. They prefer being ruled by a degenerate and pervert such as Joe Biden. Who is just as perverse and degenerate as they are. Each generation will be more degenerate and perverse than the one before it until it self destructs.

The key to every election is NOT middle of the road voters.

FR often gets this wrong.

Independents are not ideologically BETWEEN the right and the left. They are not fence sitting between GOP and Democrats.

They care about different things and often don’t care about left/right policy.

Independents care about Drain the Swamp and Build the Wall. The Michigan and Wisconsin and Pennsylvania Independents voted Obama in 2012. There was no Drain the Swamp candidate then.

They voted Trump in 2016.

They aren’t middle of the roaders. They do decide elections, but they don’t have to be thought of as ultra moderate. They care about something the GOPe and DemE absolutely are horrified to think about — destruction of the Deep State — Uniparty.

That is the path to victory. Not Guns. Not Abortion. Not Tax Cuts. Drain the Swamp and Build the Wall.

Only one guy is associated with those issues.

To the sheep, the sheep dog and the wolve look at act the same.

THE DIFFERENCE IS THE HEART. The sheep can’t see past the media to the heart of the man.
