We do have some control on the aging process. Diet and exercise are paramount. I’m 87, eat wholesome organic veggies and fruit , Alaskan salmon, pasture-raised eggs, chicken and beef. Exercised 5 days a week until idiot governor shut down the gyms for “Covid.” Take 10 nutritional supplements daily and have for the last 60 years. Spent two days in the hospital a few months ago, first time I went to hospital since my children were born. My MD says I’ll easily live to be 100.

Meanwhile, Xiden has been out lying, cheating, and stealing, molesting little girls, snorting coke and taking bribes. As you say, not fit to run a small store or even a coffee stand.

I’m glad you are doing well. But I believe a large part of it is beyond our control; genetics, luck, God’s will, etc.

My mom (today would have been her birthday) lived to 6 months shy of 100. Lived on her own and was driving on San Diego freeways only months before she died. No exercise. Not one for a healthy diet either. Drank a lot of alcohol. Avoided doctors and their advice. Refused to take medicine prescribed for her. And she was as sharp as a tack up to the day of her death.

Some people ‘do everything right’ and find themselves in decline in their late 50s.
