TB killed my great great grandfather in Wales shortly after my great grandfather was born. TB killed my great great grandmother in 1852. The children in the family were made wards of their uncle in Llanfihangel-y-Creuddyn at that time. At age 18, my great grandfather escaped to Liverpool, then signed on as ship's company in 1863 for passage to America. When I visited Wales to dig up these details, I saw cemeteries filled with whole towns taken by TB. Often a family would be stricken and dead within a period of weeks.

The US has been fortunate to have limited TB for a very long time. Biden changed that. TB (likely multiple drug resistant) will be spread in our schools by the illegal invaders.

I am not a doctor, but I’ve read that one problem with treating TB is that people stop taking the antibiotics after the symptoms go away. The expense and the bother are the reason, besides they feel just fine. Problem is hey still have TB and can spread it, but because they stopped treatment early, resistant strains of TB become more common.

Now do we think that illegal immigrants are going to stay the course of TB treatment over the six to nine months it takes to beat the disease?
