Roughly 5,200 black and Hispanic ex-Big Apple teachers and once-aspiring educators are expected to collect more than $1.8 billion in judgments after the city stopped fighting a nearly three-decade federal discrimination lawsuit that found a certification exam was biased.
It's the largest legal payout in city history.

"Herman Grim, 64, of Queens, on July 5 was awarded the biggest judgment to date -- a jaw-dropping $2,055,383," the NY Post reported.
This settlement is one of many that's effectively reparations through the backdoor.
Needs to be appealed. Facts are facts, they aren’t racial. Learning math and history and English and biology isn’t racial. There aren’t different answers depending on your genetic characteristics/traits.
This was basically the mechanism chosen to do reparations.

Those individuals with LESSER IQs must be REWARDED UNLESS, of course, they are WHITE OR ASIAN. It must be in the US Constitution somewhere.
I saw a video on Twitter of one of the teachers set to receive $2 million bucks. He speaks with the verbal dexterity of someone with an 80 IQ while his smoke detector chirps in the background in need of a replacement battery.
ALL testing eliminated for colleges, universities, employment, etc. in 3...2...1...
This opens the door for lawsuits for ANY given test where the results show blacks failing.
This is nothing but Lawfare to bring down the Republic.

The many many many aptitude tests I took throughout my long life I ALWAYS prepared for. I never expected to sit back and get drunk hoping the tests would be dumbed down to fit my low motivated life-style...geez. And now those whobdont care are getting rich over this??? That’s like those that say God (the higher power) needs to adjust to us, not to Him.
I went to the Chicago Bears tryouts. I was not picked. Can I sue for racial discrimination.

Someone could actually get together a bunch of Black and Hispanics get them to purposely fail a test and then file a lawsuit.

Yes. Yes you can. Also for body shaming. They have biased physical requirements.
