Trump just needs to go 3rd party. They don’t like it that he hijacked the Republican party and is actually making an impact.
It’s not the Republicans that are doing this. If anything, his prior indictments made his popularity surge among GOPers (although I think now there are more who want to hear his actual plans and policies) and shut down the other candidates. So they did hm a favor.
But this one is bizarre. The Dems didn’t need to do it because they had already sabotaged the other possibly more effective GOP candidates.
Trump already has indictments up one side and down the other, but I suspect that many of these charges are so flimsy and contrived…some are not even based on criminal statutes … that the Dems are afraid nothing is going to stick even long enough to make it to the elections.
So they’re just throwing out another thing to keep it going.
