Remember during the cold war Russia and USA both had a strategy of Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD), a modified version of that should be employed by Republicans against the Democrats.

Before the Summer is out, Trump will be under 4 criminal indictments, 1 in NYC, 1 in South Florida, 1 in Georgia and 1 in Washington DC.

2 are Federal cases, 2 are State cases.

Is there any Republican Prosecutor or AG in the country that has the stones to start indicting Democrats for anything.

If you started indicting Democrats for similar crimes, this nonsense would stop because neither side would risk it.

Otherwise, NO there is not one single person who can stop this madness.

Problem is, even in deep-red states, the capital city and its DA is often deep blue. Texas is a good example. Same is true for large cities. MO is conservative state-wide, but StL and KC ‘enjoy’ democrat DAs and mayors.

If Trump is indicted for anything in D.C. his trial has to be held there and he will be convicted, no matter the evidence or lack thereof.
