Former Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake filed an appeal to the Arizona Supreme Court in her election case that alleges at least 8,000 unreadable ballots were misconfigured.
The appeal, which was filed on Friday, can be read here:

On page two of the appeal, Lake's legal team alleges that at least 8,000 ballots were unreadable and not "duplicated or counted."
"The ballot-on-demand printer investigation report by former Chief Justice McGregor ('the McGregor Report') found that 'four printers randomly printed one or a few ‘fit to page’ ballots in the middle of printing a batch of ballots…[n]one of the technical people with whom we spoke could explain how or why that error occurred.' Appx:0281 (emphasis added)," the appeal reads.

That's only what the official vote count tells you. If you believe that, you probably also believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny.
She lost....get over it...she's a media rep...and no more....a junk politician.
She is a terrible dancer...
Katie Hobbs thanks you for your support.
I support neither....Like I said...FR has changed..
Republicans were/are afraid their votes being tossed so word went out to vote in person on Election Day. This created a target of opportunity for the rat SOS. She knew when and where 90% of the Republicans would be voting.
A large majority of Republicans showed up election day to vote in Arizona, Kari Lake and all the other Republicans urged them to follow this policy, nothing like creating a single point of failure in the voting process because strangely the machines in Republican precincts didn’t work.
Would Kari Lake have won is this didn’t happen, that is debatable, but it could not have hurt her chances that’s for sure.
You combine that with her telling McCain Voters to “Get the hell out” during some of her rallies was not smart, 2 unforced errors on the part of Lake and the other Republicans.
Exactly, Lake underestimated the treachery of Hobbs. By knowing when and where the Lake votes were coming it made it easy to sabotage them. Lake had a 10-12% lead, dissing the McCain a-holes was not why she lost, it was the rigged machines
The point I was trying to make about Lake dissing the McCain voters, it may not have cost her the election, Republicans are in no position to throw away potential voters, I doubt the McCain voters at her rallies were there to disrupt things, they might have been there as a show of support, it was just a rookie mistake that should not have happened.
The voting machines were hacked in the sense the ballot size settings were changed, that doesn’t happen without someone doing it.
However, I have 4 things I can think of that are bigger problems than electronic voting machines.
1. Lack of universal voter ID
2. Univeral mail in ballots
3. Ballot Harvesting
4. Dirty or fraudulent voter rolls filled with ineligible voters.
The key is stopping illegal votes from happening before they are officially submitted, once they are submitted, there is nothing much you can do, regardless of how they are counted.
By now I can’t understand how any Republican would underestimate what the Democrats might do to change the outcome of an election, it’s just crazy.
I agree with every point you make and it wasn’t my intention to dismiss the point you made about Lake’s foolish dig at the McCain people at her rallies. The 4 points you itemized are the big one’s. The way Hobbs rigged the machines was a one time exploit which was only possible because of the circumstances we have touched on. No one anticipated Hobbs screwing with the print settings Election on election morning because our side underestimates the treachery of these wicked people. Meanwhile cucks like Ronna do not seem to believe there is isn’t even enough cheating to affect outcomes.
“The question not asked here is what is the political makeup of the Arizona Supreme Court?”
FWIW (probably not much) all 7 members of the AZ Supreme Court were appointed by Republican Governors though the members themselves are officially “non-partisan”. So in no way should the Court be interpreted as consisting of 7 Constitution-upholding conservatives.
There’s a substantial chance that at least 4 of them are RINOs/Democrats. Only 2 of the 7 (Lopez, Montgomery) are considered to be generally conservative according to Ballotpedia’s judicial survey.
Regardless, in a case like this the deck is already well stacked against Lake but bless her heart for trying. Exposing fraud is important, so hopefully she will be permitted to present her allegedly damning evidence.
The next step is for that evidence to result in rectifying the situation. Good luck with that.
Personally I get far more upset with the Republicans than the Democrats because I know who the Democrats are and what they are capable of, the Republicans either don’t care or are complicit with what the Democrats are doing
The AZ SC was the dead end in 20 and it will be lake’s in 23. They are R’s to the extent McCain was and we know what that means
Ok thanks.
“at least 4 of them are RINOs”
I won’t hold my breath.
She probably also believes that our (so called) government is honest!
