During a portion of an interview set to air on Sunday’s broadcast of the Fox Business Network’s “Sunday Morning Futures” that was aired on Friday’s broadcast of FBN’s “Mornings with Maria,” 2024 presidential candidate former President Donald Trump stated that “it probably was” a mistake for him to nominate Christopher Wray to be FBI Director during his term and Wray “was recommended very strongly” by 2024 GOP rival former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.
Host Maria Bartiromo introduced the clip of the interview by stating, “President Trump reacting to this week’s Judiciary Committee hearing with FBI Director Christopher Wray. I spoke with the 45th President…we started our conversation with a look at the upcoming debate and whether he will participate, and I got his reaction to the FBI Director defending [against] the charges of weaponization and [politicization] at the FBI.”

I maintain that Trump did the best he could under his circumstances. Most of names I would not trust to not screw things up while in cabinet. They were out of their leagues, but the only ones that were available that could do the jobs were already deep state agents.
This is a problem that was, since 1946, in the making. Our allies and the American administration at the time hired the Nazis that were the real power behind the Nazi party and left it to them to hire their people to run the governments of the world.

I’m not sure about that. I do know that a Trump 2.0 means DeSantis will have to wait.

It must be killing you guys. Desanctomonious is disliked by more people every time he pops his head up. And yet Trump is loved by more and more people every day. You come on here everyday to bad mouth Trump, but really your just exposing how weak everyone else really is compared to him.

The problem is PT saying,” it was probably a mistake makes me nervous. And the fact that he still has Grham with him on the Stage makes me more. Reagan’s Deriector of Personel once said, “personel is policy” and it is so true.

Early in the Trump Presidency it was noted here that he would have been better off having his cabinet made up of Freepers. That suggestion holds truer today than ever.

The question is, has he learned.
Stop with passive aggressive insults against Trump. You are not fooling anyone. Everyone here knows you support desanctomonious.

It's not bad mouthing President Trump to point out that he cut lose Bannon, and then was lost at sea personnel wise. I want him to be the best President Trump, he can be, but to do that, he needs to learn from his mistakes, and put better people in. Also, don't pay any attention to the media or try to curry favor with them. Ignore them.

Trump has a tendency to understate things, when he knows how bad things are.
I agree he should be disasssociating from men like Graham, who’s proven himself to be a traitor. I can accept criticism when Trump should no better, but I don’t judge him harshly for areas that I couldn’t have known. How can I judge him for not knowing when I didn’t know?

If DeSantis is going to ever go anywhere, he needs to get out asap and hope he can re-introduce himself in 2028.
He needs to have his own campaign. Not something dreamed up by failed consultants (in his case ex-Cruz).
And be himself, instead of the GOPe consultant generic Presidential candidate: crash diet weight loss, dad jeans with button down oxford, cheap watch with optional pickup (to show he is a “man of the people”), recycled McCain speeches “something greater than their own ambition”, carefully hedged and dodging issues ...
In the meantime, he needs to come up with something effective on FL issues like insurance.
In the 1990s Dems used auto insurance in NJ to really make gains. Housing Ins is even more, and if Repubs get into muh’ capitalism, da’ free market they are going to get their Florida Man asses handed to them.

No, I understand, but the deep state was playing the long game the last time. I want him to come in blazing mad and hyper focused this time. Javanka gone is great.

Interims require Senate approval? You sure?

It's not a problem for me. And who do you think gives a crap what you think? You got nothing to say but to tear down the Republican nomination for POTUS in 2024.

I don't think it's that, I think that people think it was stolen from President Trump, and that he deserves it. He is meeting with Tucker tomorrow, that is great. If I could meet with him, I would say focus, focus, and rip the place apart.

It's DeSantis
LOL, desanctomonious can't even win his home state. There is a better chance of Clinton getting the gop nomination then him.

Maybe not the FBI, (since McCabe was not Senate confirmed)
but the actings like Grinnell did require a previous senate confirmation
