The problem is that with the corrupt DOJ and FBI, along with the two-tiered "justice system", corrupt individuals NEVER serve time, or have to pay.
Biden is a perfect example. As stupid as joe biden is, he learned a long time ago that he could take payoffs and kickbacks with impunity and he has continued up to the present day.
