What baffles me is how she got pregnant, after her double mastectomy at age 43 or so.. What kind of guy did the deed? Who did the deed?

Mastectomies are not always the removal of breasts. Only of the glands inside the breasts.
Think of it like a vasectomy. Doesn't mean that the guy no longer has his sexual organs.
