Vivek Ramaswamy's Soros connection: Why hasn't Ramaswamy come clean on taking a Soros scholarship in 2011?

When looking at potential candidates running for office without a voting record to base judgment on, I look for red flags.

To me, voting records are the best indicators.

I knew exactly who Mitt Romney and Ted Cruz were when they ran for president due to known quantities, which was the reason I did not vote for Romney and did vote for Cruz in the primaries.

Without voting records, candidates can say anything they wish, without a single vote to prove anything. This is the political unknown where Vivek Ramaswamy comes from.

Beyond being a Hindu, which in my mind means that Ramaswamy cannot hold the Judeo-Christian views this nation was founded on, there are serious red flags that attach him to Soros.

In 2011, Ramaswamy was the beneficiary of the Soros Fellowship, which was used help cover the costs at Yale for a future law degree.

His connection to anything Soros related raises serious red flags, especially with Ramaswamy never bringing up that connection.

Rather than addressing that questionable connection, he chooses to pretend as if he was never a beneficiary of Soros.

And it seems that his ties to Soros have continued beyond 2011:

The Soros Fellowship articles involving past recipients do not include everything they later do. What they show is what the Fellowship views as important, which is what Soros and his house believes. Ramaswamy’s involvement with COVID-19 is important to Soros, which provides a link between the two.

According to Forbes, and numerous other sites, Roivant Sciences is a biotechnology firm Ramaswamy started. His work in connection with COVID-19 places him on an equally questionable level as the Soros ties, even if they are not Soros-financed.

I don’t know why Vivek hasn’t come clean, but I do know one thing: his connection to that old nazi collaborator Gyorgy Schwartz should definitely raise red flags for those of us on the right.

This has been one of the reasons I would not be able to support this guy at this time.

If a person sounds too perfect you better take a long deep dive on their background.

Anymore I am never sure if what I see is the truth or a smear.

I won't be voting for Vivek R, but this particular objection seems ridiculous. I'm not trying to elect a pastor to the White House, I don't need a saint, I don't need someone familiar with "Judeo-Christian views" (and somehow I suspect the author wouldn't be just fine with a Jewish candidate either). I need someone who, first and foremost, understands the need to protect American borders and will build a comprehensive southern border wall, who understands the evils of Big Government intrusions on the lives of private citizens and will seek to remove them, who believes in free speech and will not collude with Big Tech to curtail our First Amendment rights, who believes in America First and will not pander to the mentally ill who believe they can switch genders.

Check off those boxes and mean it, and I don't care if you worship Cthulhu or the Great Pumpkin, I will consider voting for you.

Why should he? A scholarship is a scholarship. And it was 12 years ago. If there were no string attached to the scholarship it was “redeeming the Devil’s money”

It remains to be seen whether he can adequately explain his contacts with Soros and the WEF. He did take the grant money for college. However, he keeps disavowing allegiances with Schwab, Soros, WIF, China, etc. He is suing the WEF for using his name in their publications. Apparently, they stopped doing so in January.
