This happened on Sunday. It’s doubtful the construction workers would have been working on a Sunday, especially during a holiday weekend.

there's probably only a half dozen workers...and they would all have to have clearance. surely there are both fingerprints and plenty of dna along the zipper.

Who found it to start with?? and why did it even make the news. Something is very wrong with this picture.
