FedEx and USPS are brutal to work with, as are the vast majority of common carriers.
UPS is the only truly professional and reliable delivery/ pick-up service for businesses.
Every significant problem I’ve ever had was UPS. Package destroyed on the way? UPS. Package said to be undeliverable for completely fictitious reasons? UPS. Completely unwilling to redirect a package for pickup in spite of having “branches” (UPS stores) conveniently place all over town? UPS. Then of course during COVID they were the ones that would take trucks out of service because somebody near them coughed. UPS is the least professional, least reliable delivery service. The one to avoid when given the option.
