I suspect she shares similar views with most performers and her friendship with Commie Jane says to me that she is a leftey.
As long as she doesn’t try to beat me over the head with her views, I do not care. There are still a few on the left, I respect & admire. Damn few, but some.

Most big time performers are lefties because they spend a lot of time with their choreographers, make-up artists, wardrobe designers, etc., who tend to be gay. They spend a lot of time with them and get to like them and hear all their sob stories. As a result they start taking an emotional approach to LGBTQ issues rather than a reasoned position.
