“Cocaine hydrochloride” is the typical, powdered form of cocaine that we’re all familiar with at least from Hollywood and crime news coverage.
Seems to me cocaine hydrochloride , if being used medically would be in a liquid form applied with a swab.
It wouldn’t be administered as it’s depicted in the photo.

It seems the cocaine wasn’t just found NEAR the White House, it was found IN the White House. Specifically, the library that Hunter Biden had recently been occupying while using his laptop (apparently not the laptop in possession of the FBI, but his current one).
