tries to destroy Trump at every opportunity, but somehow
finds time to really appreciate what the SCOTUS did that
wouldn’t have happened without him.
I’d have a lot more room to address this, if there weren’t
so many FReepers who feel the same way about Trump.

To be fair, Trump’s SCOTUS picks were wholeheartedly endorsed (and perhaps chosen) by RINO members of the Senate and their consultants.

A true conservative looks like Paul Ryan who is smart enough to understand that we just needed to use a Congressional majority give Obama everything he wanted in the budget so they could then have the time to turn to "conservative" legislation, which of course Obama would then veto. So, no, Trump is not a conservative - and Thank God for that.
