Court of Appeal judges today found the Rwanda policy to be unlawful and backed a legal challenge by campaigners and asylum seekers.

Three judges agreed by a majority of two to one that the East African nation was not 'a safe third' country, putting a halt to plans to deport Channel migrants there to claim asylum.

The decision is a major blow to Rishi Sunak's pledge to 'stop the boats' through his his flagship Illegal Migration Bill, although ministers may now appeal to the Supreme Court.

This sounds like the judicial equivalent of Alinski’s “Rule of Radicals” rule to make the enemy live down the literal meaning of his words in order to show that his ideas don’t work, so you can suggest your own ideas.

We’re not the only country that is now controlled by its Deep State.

But we are the only one with a Trump standing between us and them.

Rishi Sunak today said he 'fundamentally disagrees' with a Court of Appeal ruling that found the Rwanda scheme to be unlawful and will challenge it in the Supreme Court.

Interestingly the two hardlines against illegal immigrants are both of Indian origin (but born and bred English)

Sink the GD boats. Damn the “outcry.” They are an invasion force. These are not refugees.

Nigel Farage may be forced into his own personal Brexit after his UK bank accounts were closed with no explanation, leading the Reform Party chief and GB News broadcaster to suggest he now faces so much political persecution that he may have to seek refuge overseas. Farage was told his accounts would be closed this week, and offered only the explanation of a “commercial decision” by his bank’s chairman. The Brexit leader says this is a political attack by Britain’s political establishment, and comes just as the award-winning TV host mooted a political comeback.
