Overseas payments to BIDEN family could exceed $40M, Comer says: ‘This was ORGANIZED CRIME’
NY Post ^ | 06/28/2023 | Victor Nava

The Kentucky Republican said that his panel has identified “six specific policy decisions” where Biden, 80, took actions that indicate he may have been “compromised

Comer noted that of the six policy decisions, four of them “were made while Joe Biden was president early on — [where] we cannot come to any other conclusion as to why these decisions were made, other than the fact that this president is compromised.”

“This was organized crime. There’s no other way to define it,” Comer alleged.

The Oversight Committee chairman explained that as recently as “in the last five days” his panel has obtained banking statements and suspicious activity reports that show “more bank accounts, more shell companies and more Bidens” being involved in the family’s overseas influence peddling scheme.

“yeah and whose gonna stop him..the GOP..let me guess, a strongly worded letter or tweet outta scare the hell outta Dementia Joe, he still thinks Putin invaded Iraq”

The GOP is being allowed to force Biden out of the 2024 race so the national security state can put up a stronger candidate.

His point is to follow the MSM playbook. Any time bad news about Biden comes out, change the subject to Trump.

Impeachment will come. It’s inevitable. New evidence is coming in so quickly now that they would be doing their case adisservice by not waiting a few weeks till even more of it comes in.

I’m guessing the Democratic Party is welcoming this news so they can slow push Biden out of the way and they get their boy Gavin as the nominee. Once you see mainstream media begin to pick up on the story (as they are) you know the word has come down from the DNC to push him out.

First or at same time is to stop the plea deal on July 26. Maybe enough info to take out Biden, Garland, and everyone. That is, if McCarthy will do it but I sometimes wonder if he is corrupt as well.

I don’t know. There’s been some talk the last few days about the judge possibly rejecting Hunter’s plea deal which he apparently has the power to do.

I feel like the House has one chance to get it right. Even if there’s no chance of the Senate convicting, you make the Democrats pay a political price for not convicting Biden on evidence that is so damning and incontrovertible that the public and even the MSM can’t deny it.

The torrent of information is becoming a tidal wave. How long can it be ignored? McCarthy needs to act or be replaced.

Yes, hopefully they can pull together an indisputable case of facts and not speculative talk. We’ve seen too much of that from the Republicans over recent years.

Bribery is a RICO predicate offense. Match that with another such as fraud, and the prosecution can build a wide reaching RICO investigation/prosecutions. Any organization that contributed to or received funds from the Biden crime family can be investigated.

Predicate crime From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In the criminal law of the United States, a predicate crime or offense is a crime which is a component of a larger crime. The larger crime may be racketeering, money laundering, financing of terrorism, etc.[1]

For example, to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO), a person must “engage in a pattern of racketeering activity”, and in particular, must have committed at least two predicate crimes within 10 years.[2] These include bribery, blackmail, extortion, fraud, theft, money laundering, counterfeiting, and illegal gambling.[3]

Crimes are predicate to a larger crime if they have a similar purpose to the larger crime. For example, using false identification is itself a crime; it may be a predicate offense to larceny or fraud if it is used to withdraw money from a bank account.

Predicate crimes can be charged separately or together with the larger crime.[4]

Money Laundering
Crimes that are specific to anti-money laundering (AML) programs have been referred to as Predicate Offenses (or Predicate Crimes) since the establishment of the FATF 40 Recommendations in October, 2004.[5] Since 2004, the FATF have updated the 40 Recommendations to expand the list of predicate offences. Financial intelligence units in the European Union and United States have created legislation to mirror or expand these offences. In the United States, these offences were initially created by the Bank Secrecy Act of 1970 and have subsequently been expanded by the USA PATRIOT Act of 2001. The predicate offences are codified in 18 USC § 1956(c)(7).[6] With the passage of the 6th EU Money Laundering Directive,[7] the European Union has now adopted as standard set of Predicate Offences to mitigate loopholes in member state AML legislation.

Etymology
“Predicate” as an adjective originally means “something said of a subject”, originally from Latin praedicare ‘to proclaim or make known’.

In logic, it came to mean to assert something. In U.S. legal usage, it is a “basis or foundation on which something rests”.[9]

“ The torrent of information is becoming a tidal wave. How long can it be ignored?”

In a fascist system, it can be ignored until outside forces and internal rebellion force it to be rectified at the ‘barrel of a gun.’
