Russian President Vladimir Putin pledged Saturday to defend the country and its people from an armed rebellion declared by Wagner Group chief Yevgeny Prigozhin, describing the call to action as a treasonous decision that puts the country’s survival in peril.
In a televised address Saturday morning, Putin said the mutiny amounted to "a deadly threat to our statehood," vowing there will be "tough actions" in response.
"All those who prepared the rebellion will suffer inevitable punishment," Putin stated. "The armed forces and other government agencies have received the necessary orders."
While he did not call Prigozhin out by name, he described the rebellion as a "criminal adventure, a grave crime, an armed mutiny" and encouraged those involved to "stop participating in criminal acts."

There are very few useful things that the CIA could airdrop (I don’t think they’re airdropping anything).
Night vision goggles and optics? What else?
Putin will never allow Russia to fall into western hands. There is no doubt that Brandon and Nato is behind this. This would turn nuclear before it happens.
Flame me if you will (and I have no doubt that some will..) Putin has all of the intelligence on the #JihadJunta - the key players, the money laundering of American tax dollars, the evilness of the WHO and its leaders, Kaiser Klaus, Yuval Harari, Soros (the older and younger) as well as most of the members of Congress. The Powers that Be want Putin GONE in order to protect their “beautiful wickedness..” so this stuff is happening. If this Wagner act doesn’t succeed there will be others until the Junta is thoroughly protected and can finish their conquest.
I wish Wagner PMC good hunting and I hope they get Putin’s execution on video. That’ll be the Feel Good video of the year!
Somebody will disappear into the desolate Siberian wilderness into a prison camp.
This leaves Putin with a very difficult decision; he could simply abandon Ukraine and try to pull everything back into Russia and attempt to crush Wagner but lose all the territory in Ukraine and likely even Crimea in the process. Or he could simply sit back and hope some true resistance to Wagner pops up Russia, or the people turn against them or something.

Wagner mercenaries enter Lipetsk region en route to Moscow
The governor of Russia’s Lipetsk province said Saturday afternoon that Wagner Group mercenaries had entered the region, some 400 kilometres (250 miles) from Moscow. Earlier in the day, Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Wagner mercenaries of “treason” in a live address to the nation after the group’s chief Yevgeny Prigozhin called for an armed uprising to oust the defense minister on Friday.
Yes I’ve been following. I don’t believe Wagner is going to be very successful. The west probably told him that he’d be welcomed with open arms. I don’t think that’s the case. He and his posse are in their own and will soon be known not as a warrior, but a traitor.
Wow...Wagner forces will be in Moscow tomorrow! Crazy!
I don’t think Wagner will be successful either.

Usually, the Russian deal is for the predecessor to be granted immunity if they stay out of sight.
That or choke to death on drunken vomit/stroke.
—” So he’s making a play for the throne.”
Looks to be quite a step up, there may be an iron ceiling just over his head.
Prigozhin the top chef that likes military uniforms?
He does not have a mil-spec history until his involvement with the Wanger Group.

Becoming a top chef requires being a top manager; warfare is all about logistics, and he could get by with some OJT.
Strategy and tactics, hire the right people.
Do the clothes make the man or is this just another Potemkin village in the Ukraine?
The MEDIA war is DEFINITELY ON hot and heavy.
There is no Qanon. It’s Q or Anon. The two are separate.
The news is behind - helicopters are taking down Wagner troops in route. This will likly be brought down sooner rather than later - gloves are off both sides.
Information war is on hot and heavy.
> That’s one reason why supporting Putin was always a silly move.
I’ve never understood why otherwise rock-ribbed, great conservatives supported Putin. Putin is a filthy commie dictator, he wants to re-create the Soviet Union. We didn’t spend all that blood and treasure fighting communism only to cozy up to one of the worst commies history has ever known.
