Some organized Starbucks stores will strike across the U.S. at more than 150 locations starting Friday in Seattle, after the union representing baristas claimed some cafes were not allowed to put up Pride decorations. The coffee giant said its policy on decorating has not changed and that it unwaveringly supports the LGBTQ+ community. Workers United has alleged instances in at least 22 states when workers have not been able to decorate. It says it filed an unfair labor practice charge over the alleged change in policy.
In response to the strike pledges, the company added, “Workers United continues to spread false information about our benefits, policies and negotiation efforts—a tactic used to seemingly divide our partners and deflect from their failure to respond to bargaining sessions for more than 200 stores.”

A strike at Starbucks because “workers have not been able to decorate?”
“I won’t work anywhere I can’t decorate the place the way I want.”
This has gone beyond laughable to complete lunacy.
No adversary of the USA need fear us. America is destroying itself.

This is basically what happened at all the big tech companies. The employees spent all their time trying to socially engineer the company.
And then they got fired en masse.
This is why Musk was able to fire 80% of the employees at Twitter without hurting the company. Actually, Twitter productivity went up after the firing.

So... striking for the right to groom children while at work?
To: dynachrome
I checked it out. IIRC, a 12 oz.cup of Starbucks regular coffee has 225 mg of caffeine. Average cup of coffee: 65-100 mg. That explained why I used to feel energized after a cup of their brew when I used to go there.
That extra caffeine buzz is what gets people to wait in long lines and spend ridiculous funds. Adding flavors and sweeteners is another inducement. Folks, our addiction to their caffeine pays for all of their insanity. If I gotta have coffee...I brew it yourself. I am not supporting these “influencers”.

Sweetened, flavored with non-coffee flavors isn't coffee. It's marketing to the rubes. Lots of rubes out there. Enjoying my espresso this morning, and a week's supply costs less than on of those pride-tainted cups of sugary, sweet yuck.
To: dynachrome
No they can't strike...
If they want to decorate, be employed by an interior decorating company. Starbucks serves overpriced coffee, not decorating services.
Of course, if it was they'd be overpriced and crappy... 🤓

They have a Master's degree in interior decorating. Don't you know that? They should have the right...
To decorate if they work at an interior decorating company.

What will they say to the Lord at their eternal judgement?
“If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. (Matthew 18:6)
Truly, I say to you, it will be more bearable on the day of judgment for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah than for that town. (an implied degree of eternal punishment)
Although one's destiny is determined by our response to Christ's propitiation (Whosoever believeth . . .), a further judgement occurs as to the degree of punishment (Luke 12 --punished with "many stripes").

It says it filed an unfair labor practice charge over the alleged change in policy. Nonsense. Decorating a store has NOTHING to do with doing their job or employee mistreatment.
What spoiled brats people have become.
