The Sisters should go bladed 24/7.
During recruitment (Rush) the girls will visit all the sororities and both the sorority and the girls will eliminate each night. It’s not one sided. The last night the girls will pick between two sororities and hopefully they’ll get into their #1 pick. At my small school if they didn’t get their preferred House, they’d go to their #2.
I read they were required by the corporate office to pledge this man. They didn’t have any choice. They couldn’t blackball him, which really sucks.

Was the sorority’s “inclusion” policy in effect when the plaintiffs joined the sorority, and were they not aware of it at the time? Doesn’t sound like a sorority that I’d want any part of.

In general, private clubs are granted broad discretion to interpret their own rules and regulations, and unless the interpretation is arbitrary and capricious or illegal, the court must uphold the interpretation.

That's exactly how it works. If they were smart, they would have just said, "We don't think [name] is a good fit," and left it at that. If they actually said they rejected him because he has a dick that could get them in trouble with the national organization, which is where these "inclusion" rules are coming from.
The problem is that the trannies don't just want to be treated as a woman; they want to be treated as a 10. How many biological women are rejected by sororities every year and accept it without lawsuits? It's time these men learned that being a woman isn't always a bed of roses, especially when you're butt-ugly with an entitled attitude as many "trans women" are.
