President Biden took another swipe at Second Amendment supporters Tuesday evening, reminding them that they would "need an F-16" to challenge the U.S. government.
Biden's remarks at a fundraising event in a private residence in California came as he discussed gun violence in America and stressed the notion that Americans do not need AR-15s.
"We have to change," Biden said. "There’s a lot of things we can change, because the American people by and large agree you don’t need a weapon of war. I’m a Second Amendment guy. I taught it for four years, six years in law school. And guess what? It doesn’t say that you can own any weapon you want. It says there are certain weapons that you just can’t own. Even during when it was passed, you couldn’t own a cannon. You can’t own a machine gun.… No, I’m serious."

Slow-Joe amd his Crooked Cabinet (perhaps there a band name there),fail to c9mprehend that the right is there...with or without the 2nd Amendment. The 2nd Amendment is meant to restrict government.
It probably hasn’t helped that our side keeps hollering about a 2nd Amendment right, when no right is conferred.

And one thing that people who didn’t go through that might not realize is: if you are trained to fight a counter-insurgency, then you also have essentially learned how to fight as an insurgent. Not every vet who served in Iraq and Afghanistan has that experience, but plenty of them do.

Don’t forget: if America gets into a civil war, there will be a dozen countries at least eager to seize the opportunity to stab us in the back while we are occupied at home.

If he actually taught the Second Amendment he would fully understand that the ONLY reason it was put in the Constitution was to balance the power between the people and the government. It basically says, in modern English, “Because the Government HAS to have guns, the Government cannot keep the people from having guns.”
Exactly. I have seen what works and what doesn’t work in terms of insurgents avoiding our systems and sensors.
If the time ever becomes right, that knowledge will be well known. However, the technology and techniques get better, then the insurgents adjust in a non-ending chess game.
The conflict we’re talking about will not be glorious. There will be much carnage and loss of lives both innocent and otherwise. Neighborhoods will get destroyed. Towns will be uninhabitable. Urban areas will devolve into starvation war zones.
It won’t be for the armchair patriot. That’s why I pray it never happens.
All we previously needed was a vote.
