That said, I haven't believed for a minute that Mister Biden actually plans to run for re-election (think last minute bail-out).

Now, following the plea deal, the oppo ads by the GOPers write themselves.

I would bet my allowance (if I actually got an allowance) that Biden is not really running for re-election. It might be to the GOP's advantage to suspect this earlier rather than later.
