NO JAIL TIME: Hunter Biden Pleads Guilty In Deal To Avoid Jail

President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, has been charged with a gun felony and two tax misdemeanors.

Hunter Biden was charged with illegally possessing a handgun in 2018 along with failing to pay federal taxes in 2017 and 2018.

“The first Information charges the defendant with tax offenses – namely, two counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax,” according to U.S. Attorney David Weiss’ letter. “The second Information charges the defendant with a firearm offense – namely, one count of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance.”

Hunter has agreed to plead guilty to the tax misdemeanors and entered a probation agreement for the gun charge, Axios reported.

This is a breaking story and will be updated as information becomes available.

“Yep two tax misdemeanors and suspended sentence on the gun charge then the pardon”

The media can now go completely silent on Hunter. Justice has been done. No one is above the law. We can now put it all behind us for the 2024 campaign. When Trump brings it up during the campaign the media and Dems will scream “foul”.

plead guilty to a gun felony with no jail time??

That’s going to raise some eyebrows.

Let me tell anyone here who gives a crap. The federal guideline for unlawful possession of a firearm is by statutory guideline three years minimum. That is the lowest the judge can go, and you do nearly all of the three years usually it’s five years and if you’re a serious criminal, it goes up dramatically from there these are the guidelines initiated by Congress in 1984 and implemented in 1987 and it is a serious matter. I can assure you, so this is absolute utter bullshit.

Ultimately these charges will be plea-bargained down to jaywalking and a suspended sentence.

It’s a good thing Hunter didn’t take a peaceful selfie in the Capitol on January 5th or he would be rotting in jail forever without a trial.

It all orchestrated to stop the investigations that would implicate Joe in the money laundering and bribery schemes.

Hunter pleads guilty and gets no jail time while Joe is free to say that he was cleared.

No resources left to investigate further...as Captain Fedstein is still busy digging in Trumps garbage cans, underwear drawer, elementary school records...

Priorities.

I like the gun charge a lot because I think that will sound the most sordid to the general public and make them think there may really be something to all this.

A lot of the unengaged masses don’t really pay attention to rich people and their tax issues and money irregularities, but being charged for gun felonies makes them tune in to the lifestyle of drugs and hookers and then bribes, things that they can understand and they know are at the gutter level.

I’m surprised the US Attorney didn’t also apologize for bringing the charges.

Any moment now, some lawfare oversight group will file a friend of court brief saying the sentence is too light. oh no, silly me, this is a bidet, not a Trump or GOP figure, so no such filing.

No need for a pardon as the gun charge will go away on its own.

Wrist slapped, case closed.

Now the Just-us Dept will very quietly slow walk all three charges quietly through courts very slowly.

We need a pool as to what date, month & year Prince Hunter goes to trial.
I am saying the 12th of Never, 2031.
