He outlined a very ambitious program, taking away China’s MFN status, imposing tariff reciprocity on all trading partners, especially China, restoring Remain in Mexico and finishing the Wall, ending the war in Ukraine, and sweeping out the communists and America haters in the Deep State, with whom he’s now familiar, appointing a special prosecutor to investigate the Biden crime family, etc.
Very fine ideas. And they would do credit to Trump, especially when coupled with plans to achieve these worthy goals. But they are drowned out by Trump’s need to attack and belittle the character of his GOP opponents. Does he believe it necessary to do this in order to defeat his GOP rivals? Beating the Dems will be a monumental task. Made more so by the 25% of Trump supporters who say they will not vote if Trump is not the nominee and the 15% of HOP voters who say they will not vote if he is the nominee.
