Being loud and obnoxious isn’t federally protected either. You can be kicked out of restaurants for that.
And how do the people in the restaurant know the azzhos are “gay”? Do they wear shirts advertising KY jelly or saying, “Kiss Me, I’m Gay”? How do they know?

Here in north NJ and across the river in NYC, it often seems as though waitstaff at restaurants are dominated by gays and lesbians.
I rarely see anyone I can easily identify as homosexual at the eateries I go to. They probably all got kicked out before I arrived.
Not necessarily. My guess is that once, after a wild Saturday night, a PolitiFact editor and his boyfriend got kicked out of a Denny’s on a Sunday afternoon in Omaha for giving each other tongue baths in public while waiting to be seated.

Sure, how’d being white and conservative work out for Sarah Huckabee and family in the Lexington, Virginia restaurant? From my observations there are many alphabet people in the service industry. Do they kick out their own? Just this weekend I was seated at my table by an apparent male wearing studs and a pearl necklace. My only complaint was that the jewelry didn’t go well with his tattoos.

I can’t count the number of restaurants I’ve been to with “No Gays Allowed” signs.
