…Jim Jordan demands answers about a bizarre and disturbing IRS house call…. a Marion, Ohio, taxpayer received a visit from a man who claimed his name was “Bill Haus” and worked in the IRS criminal division.
Mr. Haus said he needed to talk to her about an estate... She let him in despite having received no prior IRS communication. Mr. Haus claimed she had not properly filled out estate forms and owed the IRS “a substantial amount.” Only when the taxpayer presented proof of paying all taxes on the estate did the agent reveal that his visit wasn’t about the estate at all. It was about several supposed delinquent tax returns...
the taxpayer called her attorney, who insisted Mr. Haus leave the house, only to be told by Mr. Haus: “I am an IRS agent, I can be at and go into anyone’s house at any time I want to be.” Mr. Haus finally left, but not before threatening to freeze the taxpayer’s assets and put a lien on her house... Fearing a scam, she called the local police...
When an officer called Mr. Haus, Mr. Haus identified himself as an IRS agent but said Haus wasn’t his real name... The officer, also suspecting a scam, warned that if he returned to the taxpayer’s home he’d be arrested. Mr. Haus then filed a complaint against the Marion police officer with the Treasury…
the taxpayer on May 4 spoke with Mr. Haus’s supervisor, who clarified that she owed nothing and said…that “things never should have gotten this far...” the following day, the taxpayer received a letter—addressed to the decedent—stating that the decedent was delinquent on several 1040 filings… The taxpayer was again told by the supervisor that nothing was owed and was notified on May 30 that the case was closed…

IRS has supplied itself with a lot of guns and ammo. IRS SWATs appear to be in contemplation. Instead of a letter in one’s mailbox they will sooner or later start suddenly smashing down our door at 0400hrs and hogtying everyone while they confiscate computers, phones and any scrap of paper they can find.
I think both cases apply. IRS is training a group of agents as criminals because none off this is legal or Constitutional.
87,000 of these people will be coming after us.
You bet they will. I started up a family limited partnership to include several generations of land ownership. Less taxes to pass the property to the next gen and some lawsuit protection. 6 weeks after I founded the company, I got a letter from the IRS claiming that I owed them 10 grand despite reporting zero income. Took a while to get out of that mess.
Phhhttt....turn the hose on these pissants. A good cold rinse let’s them know who’s in charge.
Bow down!... Obey!... Snitch!...
You keep posting the same stuff over and over and over again. We get it already. It’s boring and just clutters every thread. It adds nothing to the discussion. I wish the mods would ban repeats like this.
AND WTH IS HIS REAL NAME???
Probably an ELDERLY lady that used to leave her door unlocked years ago...trusting everyone!
46 Replies and not one who wanted to know this dirtbag’s REAL NAME!! Come On, Freepers!!
“But the voters continue to keep the people in place thinking something will change.”
That’s the definition of insanity.

Venezuela and Russia have elections. Pretend it matters.
It’s always good to identify those sneaky Thought Police trainees...
Finally. An original post. Nonsensical, but it’s new.

No argument here!
The IRS to my knowledge never sends out individual agents like this and does its business by mail. I question if this really was an IRS agent and not just some fraudster. If the guy was an IRS agent he better have been fired. I fear that like the FBI, the IRS and ATF have become the new Stasi.
They send out field agents when they want to intimidate somebody. It seems like sometimes their internal systems get mixed up and they send one of that kind of agent out to the wrong place.
Apparently he is an IRS agent if I’m reading the story correctly.
He lied about his name.
He lied about his reason for being there.
He lied about having the authority to “go into anyone’s house at any time.”
There are some serious grievances here that need to be addressed.
