Donald Trump appeared Tuesday before a federal magistrate judge to face criminal charges, but he may not have to worry about the other legal cases against him—at least for the time being.

That's according to New York State Attorney General Letitia James, who said the former president's cases in her state and Georgia will likely have to be adjourned until the Justice Department's federal case is decided.

Which means the other cases will NEVER go to trial since the entire purpose of those cases were to STOP TRUMP which becomes moot after the 2024 election.

So all those people now saying that Trump should have "settled" the documents case last year were wrong since if that had happened, then the plethora of local cases targeting him would be in effect. Better to have ONE federal case in a favorable jurisdiction (Ft. Pierce, FL IF it ever goes to trial) than cases going to trial against Trump in places like Manhattan or D.C..
