The Full List of RINOs Who Helped Adam Schiff Avoid Fine and Censure.
Pulse Media ^ | June 15, 2023

Posted on 06/15/2023 7:04:41 AM PDT by george76

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) had a plan to censure Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) for his role in perpetuating the Russia hoax, which ended up costing U.S. taxpayers tens of millions of dollars, and almost irreparable damage to the country’s political system.

The move was supported by a large swathe of America First Republicans, though DeSantis supporters like Rep. Thomas Massie came out against it, on spurious terms.

Now, the full list of so-called Republicans who sided with Democrats and Adam Schiff can be revealed, perhaps demonstrating which so-called “conservatives” need primary challengers at their next election.

The list of Republicans in Name Only: Kelly Armstrong (R-ND).

Lori Chavez-DeRemer (R, OR-5).

Juan Ciscomani (R, AZ-6).

Tom Cole (R, OK-4).

Warren Davidson (R, OH-8).

Brian Fitzpatrick (R, PA-1).

Kay Granger (R, TX-12).

Garrett Graves (R, LA-6).

Thomas Kean (R, NJ-7).

Kevin Kiley (R, CA-3).

Young Kim (R, CA-40).

Mike Lawler (R, NY-17).

Thomas Massie (R, KY-4).

Tom McClintock (R, CA-5).

Marc Molinaro (R, NY-19).

Jay Obernolte (R, CA-23).

Mike Simpson (R, ID-2).

Michael Turner (R, OH-10).

David Valadao (R, CA-22).

Steve Womack (R, AR-3).

California Republicans are disproportionately represented in the list, raising questions as to whether their proximity to Schiff in his district (CA-30) affected their votes.

Rep. Luna said after the vote: “20 Republicans voted against the fine, censure, and investigation of Schiff. I don’t think they read the bill in entirety. Next week, we will be filing a motion to censure and investigate Schiff. We are removing fine as that seems to be what made these Republicans uneasy.”

I looked up Massie’s BIO.
He is not even a lawyer, much less a Constitutional Lawyer.
He was an Engineer.
He knows about as much about Constitutional Law as I do,
which is nothing.
If he is so confident about his opinion, why didn’t he and the other 20 RINOs
vote yes and allow it to be tested by the Courts.
It was just a non credible excuse to vote no.
Boot him in 24.

Ask your boy while they have no problem with this.

The $16,000,000 fine may have been the sticking point.

Maybe a censure resolution without a fine or without that much of a fine would have passed.

You can’t count on Republican Reps to be as vindictive as the Democrats.

He is not even a lawyer, much less a Constitutional Lawyer.

Irrelevant.

He's a Congressman.

It IS HIS JOB, as it is the job of every Congressman, Senator, and President, to consider the constitutionality of bills and other matters before him.

I'd ask you to show me the provision in the Constitution that gives judgment of constitutionality exclusively to the judiciary, but we both know you can't do that because it isn't there.

It was just a non credible excuse to vote no.

Very likely, but then Roe v. Wade was just a non credible excuse to impose a political ideology by judicial means.

Boot him in 24.

That's up to the people of his district, of which I am not one.

They all have excuses. Others have cited Free Speech.

Nothing to do with the fine.

Why did Massie save Biden when Republicans tried to impose Tariffs on China, about three weeks ago?

These are the same democrat assistants that would impeach Trump on January 20th 2025 if Trump were to get back into the white hut.

Forget the fine. Censure and expulsion will do just fine.

Aren’t you being a little over-the-top? Perhaps short-sighted? Thomas Massie, for example, is not a “RINO.” The censure is appropriate, but a $16 million dollar fine? If the Republicans did that, the Democrats would do the same thing to certain Republicans when they next control the House.

Agreed. I hear Rep Luna is refiling without the fine. While Schiffty certainly deserves a hefty fine, $16M is over the top. I'd settle for censure alone or censure and a reasonable fine, whatever that is to these people.

Massie is turning into a huge disappointment. Right now I would put forth enough effort to pass a fart as I would to vote for a Republican in congress, they are wasted flesh. The Republican Party has ceased to be a viable political party and it’s efforts as an opposition party makes me wonder if the GOP at this point is not in reality a Democrat Party trojan horse wherein they destroy their enemy from within the Republican Party itself.

Massie also prevented Trump from declaring the Southern Border an Emergency.

He joined up with all Dems.

He also prevented a Bill that imposed Tariffs on cheap China Tech.

What a guy!

Republicans are misguided on this.

Members of Congress are already protected from what they say when in Congress. What Schiff did was purposefully and maliciously tell damning lies about Republicans on the LAAP-dog media shows in order to impeach a President and influence an election.

Adam Schiff presented a completely false "Democrat Memo" as Vice-Chairman of the House Select Intelligence Committee to deflect from the actually factual memo produced by Chairman Devin Nunes regarding the Russia collusion charges.

Schiff used Nunes' memo to file ethics charges against him to get him removed as Intelligence Committee chairman, while his own fake memo gave the LAAP-dog media the ammunition to attack President Trump and the House Republicans.

What Schiff did was beyond the bounds of debate.

Democrats have no sense of disgrace, shame, or honor. They prey on the false sense of reciprocated integrity from Republicans like McClintock, et. al..
