The Founders Created 3 Separate Branches of Government for a reason.
Executive, Judicial and Congressional.
Last I checked, he falls in the Congressional Branch.
Are you saying all the other GOP Reps who voted Yea don’t know the Constitution?
Massie may have an opinion, but that is all it is until tested by the Judicial Branch. Catch my drift?
Must be some really good photographs of some of them.
.
There’s always an excuse not to fight back and to submit to the Deep State.
Always.
.
Of course, you’re right.
Tom Cole (Okla.),
I call him Rudolph the red nosed congresscritter.
He just looks like a sot to me.
Awan Bros were effective, no?
Disgusting pieces of offal. VOTE THEM OUT! Do not settle for these spineless turds collaborating on the destruction of our country! They disgust me.
Catch this drift.
Luna put forth the Mccarthy approved motion.... the fact mccarthy approved it should sound the alarm.
It included an unenforceable $16 million dollar fine.
When she could have included “expel him” like the constitution actually says.
What would you rather? Expel him? Or have him given a toothless $16 mil fine.
It was all smoke and mirrors. Luna was grifting. If she had been serious, she wouldn’t be playing games.
She hasn’t. That’s his point. He’s suing because she docked his pay.
$16 million is NOT enforcible. It’s just a way for the rinos look like they did something whenever what they could have done was actually put into the language of the motion to expel him.
Ask yourself why they didn’t.
He hasn’t won his case. And if I was a betting man I’d say he is going to lose — for the reason I’ve given here on this thread.
That’s why this dope Massie usually ends up on the wrong end of 420-5 votes in Congress. He’s a sanctimonious, feckless loser.
Expel the Lying SOB.
I’d go for that. But apparently McCarthy, The Weak wasn’t.
You do know that even if it would’ve passed yesterday, Schiff wouldn’t have been fine from that vote, right?
Ok my post sounded differently than I intended.
The vote yesterday did NOT include the fine. It only confirmed censure.
It said IF there was a trial basically, then he COULD recv $16 miln fine.
But nope. Nothing about expulsion!
