McCarthy is a Democrat before all, then he’s a DoJ Prosecutor, and he’s admitted it.
It doesn’t make any difference. Trump makes the sole determination. There is no higher authority in the Executive branch than President. Trump does not need permission or process to possess any document. Congress does not have the power to do anything either. The appropriate thing for Trump to say is that everything is personal.
A key to reading any statute or Executive Order on the subject is to understand that they are written for everyone other than the President. The President doesn’t write EO’s to order himself. Congress cannot change fundamental powers in the Constitution. Their check and balance is the power of oversight and the power of the purse. Congress can’t tell the President to do a damn thing.
When Rush died, that was an open door for the evil rats. The death of Rush opened the floodgates of evil lies and much much more worse things coming from the demon rats. And with Tucker removed, they have all the freedom in the world to lie to the American people 24/7. Unfortunately, Americans are still very visual, and Tucker was our only hope in a grand scale to bring forth the truth to the American people. He was such a threat and that’s why they removed him. There’s no one to stop them now… they own ALL the crucial new networks. Now you know why they were celebrating and having parties when rush died. That was their golden opportunity to usher in their utopian hell hole upon the rest of us. God I miss him VERY VERY MUCH 😢
