It will be thrown out or handed to the Supreme court to address the constitutional issues before addressing the case itself. The video was shared this morning on FR as well by another freeper. I watched it live last night. This case will be a bigger bombshell than Durham. And sadly, very few ‘experts and talking heads’ are mentioning any of this. Gaslighting. This case is monumental because of the blatant abuse by the deep state, not just on Trump, but every person they have used these tactics on. I’m actually looking forward to it. The public needs to see this in a court of law.
He is a successful governor and has secured all of the legislation that he has set out to do. That is success. And I know that hurts your feelings, considering all of Trump’s promises, EOs that were stopped by the courts, never implemented, or reversed by Biden, but the difference is stark. Unfortunately political prosecutions have political judges and political juries. I gave up on fair trials when Derek Chauvin, despite doing everything by the book, was convicted of murder. The evidence was overwhelming that Floyd did not die because of anything that Chauvin did. But it was a poltical trial and it had political results.

Yes. And many other cases as well including the Jean Carroll case against Trump. If you haven’t listened to Barnes, check it out. While there is definitely a chance corruption will be all over this case, it will be different because of the violation of the constitution in so many ways. Everyday citizens may not notice, but scholars will. If Trump is indicted on any of it - everything changes. There are no gray areas in this case.

I’m not a lawyer and I’ve watched Barnes for years. To date, he has never been a shill and consistently straightforward. There are times he says things MAGA hates, but it’s true. He stated Durham would not produce years ago.
