Got my A.I.T. (Advanced Individual Training after Basic) at Lowry Air Force Base in Colorado. When we Army guys passed a Zoomie unit we'd drop and do sixteen rapid push-ups before moving on...because the Air Force required 15 to our 40 at the time.
But we never meant for our ribbing asides of "homos" and "fags" to be taken literally.
