On Friday’s broadcast of Fox News Radio’s “Guy Benson Show,” author, National Review Contributing Editor, Fox News Contributor, and former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew McCarthy stated that while former President Donald Trump does have ample reason to say he’s been singled out, the indictment against him is “a devastating document. If they can prove half of it, he’s toast.” And he believes more than half of what’s in the indictment can be proven.
McCarthy stated, [relevant remarks begin around 35:35] “It’s a devastating document. If they can prove half of it, he’s toast. And I sense that they can probably prove more than half of it, because a lot of it is recorded conversations, testimony from his lawyers, and that sort of thing. So, I think, Guy, part of the reason that he’s been hitting so hard at the idea that he’s being singled out — which he’s got a lot of basis to say that — part of the reason is his real defense here…is the Hillary Clinton precedent. And I’ve had to try to make this point a number of times today, selective prosecution defenses are very effective in terms of trying to argue to the prosecutors that they should not exercise their discretion to charge. Once they do charge, those defenses don’t help you very much.”

“Uh no, he didn’t. He said so in that recorded conversation with that publisher and writer.”
So far, there is no evidence there even was a conversation of this nature recorded. If the conversation even took place, it may have been selectively edited. A recording without Trump’s consent is illegal in Florida. The supposed transcript of a fictitious conversation is all we know of so far. It’s nothing but an attempt to make the testimony of someone they flipped look more credible.
McCarthy is and always has been a Never Trumper.
I can’t, either. Nor can I stand Timber Rattler, whose just as big a POS.
Why are you still referring to the CNN report when the indictment is available to read? The tape was of a meeting with the publisher and author of a books being written about Mark Meadows. That is specified in the indictment. And of course it is a transcript, because the indictment is a written document. You can bet the tape itself is in evidence and will be played at the trial.
What you posted is now out of date, because anyone can read the transcript of the relevant parts of the tape by reading the indictment.

Are you allowed to say that - Here I am thinking all that you see is TOP SECRET Never to be shared with the "little People" whose hearts are never to be blessed, just oppressed by the Elites, like yourself of course
I’d love to share that TS info with you, one of the little people. Then I’d have to kill you...lolololol.
Trump attorneys Evan Corcoran, Jennifer Little, and Christina Bobb lost attorney-client privileged when the DC judge ruled that Trump "knowingly and deliberately misled his own attorneys about his retention of classified materials after leaving office"

Doesn’t look good for Trump..
Echo’s of Russia Russia Russia this case is weaker than that one Biden is sweating bullets.
Congress committee has more evidence on him no escape route and nobody to bribe.
Can’t save the family from prison
Sod off Swampy.
And that goes for both McCarthys as well as you.
Because you can’t base an honest opinion using anything the disgraced, proven mendacious reprobates in the DOJ, CIA and especially the FBI say, that’s why IMO.
Andy McCarthy: There Is a ‘Double Standard’ Between Trump, Hillary But Hillary Should Have Been Prosecuted
[”but what difference, at this point, does it make?”]

We little people always laugh at your elite jokes, I am sure it makes you feel that much better - after all we know you Elites are a joke, but this knowledge is also TOP SECRET
Your example doesn't apply here. Trump wasn't a subordinate. He was the Chief Executive.
Make sense.
He’s a puke. Total fraud. National Review scum.
Corcoran did not quit b/c of “Trump” or thinking that Trump lied to him, he had to quit for the same reason the others resigned because he is now a witness. Smith is trying to come up with any way to get rid of Trumps legal team and it was Smith he is tryitn to charge Trump with lying to his lawyers, therefore, Corcoran is a witness.
BTW: Judge Beryl Howell, who approved Smith’s request to “pierce” attorney-client privileged (which is all these people have done w/o these cases back to Guiliani, etc, is the same judge involved in RussiaGate, Manafort, etc. This is the end of ten rule of law—total Banana Republic stuff. Hope that you are not defending this behavior.
“Trump is bombastic, arrogant, and clueless on handling sensitive information. You can’t argue that,”
How do you know how Trump handles “documents” or anything else—are you in the room with him?
