If a man can pose as a woman to get into women's sports, why can't an Asian pose as another race to get into college?
My daughter scored 1570/1600 on SATs, 35/36 on ACTs. Valedictorian, near perfect GPA, all IB and AP courses. Tutored calculus. Speaks 2 languages. Played 2 instruments. State champion swimmer. Life guard, taught toddlers to swim. Volunteer and charity work. Rejected by Harvard, Yale, Princeton and Columbia.
No one wanted a white kid from western NY.
They all bragged about how many foreigners they admitted.
He should have written on his form, “Black Lives Matter” times a hundred.
They did him a favor.
Things look really dark for him. But not black. That’s why his application is being bypassed.
When the earliest civil rights affirmative action plans were being instituted people considered what would happen if you needed delicate surgery and a minority who was unqualified had been pushed upward since middle school, social graduation, quotas followed for college and then a medical school breathing a sigh of relief to meet its percentage by allowing an unqualified student to pass. Then you are on the operating table.
Or in a jumbo jet with a pilot and copilot each at the bottom of their class in training and avoiding being kicked out when the bosses demanded they be called “qualified” to meet a quota and avoid an all white and Asian airline staff based on merit only.
Now such discussions are censored and banned. The truth remains.

It will eventually come out that this issue is largely contrived and in many cases the individual claims are fake. Too many people want to push Asian as superior and make whites look bad at the same time.
All these smart dudes rejected by the Ivy’s need to start all going to some smaller schools and make their own Ivy League.
He should identify as a female. As soon as classes start he can change at will. How can there NOT be a place for a lawsuit here. This is in complete contravention of the law, and the US Constitution.
My daughter was pretty much the same with academics but was also heavy into athletics, student gov’t and community service. She was waitlisted at 4 Ivy’s and UChicago. Accepted in UVA and USNA where she ended up. Asian and whites have to bring something extra to the table, legacy maybe?
This has become a failed cesspool nation.
There is a conscious, intentional discrimination against Asian Americans in order to favor African Americans.
It comes from letting wealth sovereigns run our government, politics and society.
My grandson has a friend that is currently studying pre med. He was born in the US but is of Korean descent. Why can’t he just put on his application that he is American when he applies to medical school? Seems logical, but the world is no longer logical, is it?

Obviously, they are acting in an outrageous anti-Asian manner, but this one case proves nothing.
Universities accept on quotas, not merit. The only acceptance on merit is sports merit for athletic teams.
