“I have been summoned to appear at the Federal Courthouse in Miami on Tuesday, at 3 PM. I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former President of the United States, who received far more votes than any sitting President in the History of our Country, and is currently leading, by far, all Candidates, both Democrat and Republican, in Polls of the 2024 Presidential Election. I AM AN INNOCENT MAN!” he continued.
“This is indeed a DARK DAY for the United States of America. We are a Country in serious and rapid Decline, but together we will Make America Great Again!” he added.

The President can classify/declassify any document without any structure, written or spoken.

People need to understand indictments are like a head wound. Lots of blood everywhere from a little cut.
Clean it down to the real issue and you’ve got Trump holding onto a few sheets of paper that aren’t that consequential. And if you could read those sheets of paper you’d exclaim That’s what all this is about?
‘desperate’ is the operative word.
If they possess hard evidence, honor and the plain truth, no individual or government sinks to the depths that these people have.

It seems no one mentions that slo Joe biden was NOT president when he took classified documents, therefore he did not have the ability to declassify them.

It is likely that the people who “flipped” are hourly workers at Mara Lago. These are people who were just doing their jobs and were told to “do this” or “do that.” When they find themselves staring down Federal Agents, you think they should have lied to them?
“Flipped” suggests they were telling one story first, and then changed to another story. Is it impossible to believe that they were terrified and simply told the truth? These people cannot afford to go to jail for the boss. They don’t have $1,000 an hour attorneys.
It is likely these folks simply did what they were told.
