Former President Donald Trump announced on Truth Social that he has been indicted and is scheduled to appear in a federal courthouse in Miami at 3 PM on Tuesday.
According to The New York Times, Trump is facing indictment on seven separate charges. The reported charges break down into the following three categories:
Withholding of national defense secrets: Former President Donald Trump has been indicted on this charge, which alleges that he intentionally failed to disclose crucial information related to national defense. This charge likely falls under the purview of the Espionage Act, which deals with the protection of classified information.
Conspiracy to obstruct justice: Trump is facing an indictment for conspiring to obstruct justice, suggesting that he is accused of collaborating with others to impede or hinder the proper functioning of the justice system. It should be noted that this charge requires the involvement of at least two parties working together to obstruct the legal process.

“The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax, even though Joe Biden has 1850 Boxes at the University of Delaware, additional Boxes in Chinatown, D.C., with even more Boxes at the University of Pennsylvania, and documents strewn all over his garage floor where he parks his Corvette, and which is ‘secured’ by only a garage door that is paper thin, and open much of the time,” he said.
“I have been summoned to appear at the Federal Courthouse in Miami on Tuesday, at 3 PM. I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former President of the United States, who received far more votes than any sitting President in the History of our Country, and is currently leading, by far, all Candidates, both Democrat and Republican, in Polls of the 2024 Presidential Election. I AM AN INNOCENT MAN!” he continued.
“This is indeed a DARK DAY for the United States of America. We are a Country in serious and rapid Decline, but together we will Make America Great Again!” he added.

What is floating around is that not only will former POTUS stand for these charges in Florida, either another person or multiple persons will be co-indicted as well for some of the same crimes, indicating the government’s assertion that there was coordination with other individuals.
It is no secret they got people to flip on Trump, likely employees in MAL who probably cared more about their own families and freedom, rather than covering for 45. DOJ can be very effective and brutal in that department.

4. ... The DOJ has already predicated the baseline of their claim by saying they cannot tell anyone, even the court, what the nature of the documents are that underpin their assertion. Remember, they wouldn’t even let a court appointed “special master” review the documents.
5. Stop and think about that for a moment. NO ONE knows what the documents are, and the DOJ has stated they will never say what the documents are.
6. The DOJ is filing a case about the mishandling of documents, in whatever legal construct they put forth, while simultaneously saying they are under no obligation to tell anyone what the documents are.

DOJ: Trump violated USC 793 in his discussion and/or handling of documents.

Today is indeed a dark day for the United States of America.
It is unconscionable for a President to indict the leading candidate opposing him. Joe Biden kept classified documents for decades.
I, and every American who believes in the rule of law, stand with President Trump against this grave injustice. House Republicans will hold this brazen weaponization of power accountable.
When you look at the classified document handling on Hillary’s server, the case against Trump is nothing in comparison.........but that is what a weaponized DOJ and FBI are all about.
These charges are a perfect example of just how corrupt the DOJ and FBI have become. I sincerely hope Trump gets an honest and fair trial and be quickly acquitted of this nonsense.

Sec. 3.1. Authority for Declassification.
(a) Information shall be declassified as soon as it no longer meets the standards for classification under this order.
(b) Information shall be declassified or downgraded by:
(1) the official who authorized the original classification, if that official is still serving in the same position and has original classification authority;
(2) the originator’s current successor in function, if that individual has original classification authority;
This means any former President of the United States cannot be charged with any possession or mishandling of classified documents. This also means these charges are a complete hoax.
That is an awfully thin set of charges. Maybe if they caught him spitting on the sidewalk, they would get more traction.
If there is no way to seize power back from communist regimes, once they are in place, then why were we running candidates in 2022 in the midterms, and why is Trump even running for President for 2024? What’s the point? I don’t get it. What a waste of time and money? (Right?)
