Since no one will do anything to stop any of this, I guess the Left wins.

The following needs repeating until it sinks in among those that love our beloved country, America.

The GREATEST threat to our life, liberty, well being, and free pursuits is the $3+ Trillion, 80%+ Unconstitutional Portion of our Federal Government which has now become a Third-World Totalitarian Regime.

Either we dismantle it or it will dismantle us and our Free Constitutional Republic.

What is floating around is that not only will former POTUS stand for these charges in Florida, either another person or multiple persons will be co-indicted as well for some of the same crimes, indicating the government’s assertion that there was coordination with other individuals.

It is no secret they got people to flip on Trump, likely employees in MAL who probably cared more about their own families and freedom, rather than covering for 45. DOJ can be very effective and brutal in that department.

The DOJ indicted Donald Trump but.... The post below explains how Trump is being charge but cannot see the evidence.
The link from Marjorie Taylor Greene is showing Biden bragging about what he did along with other corrupt people laughing about it.

This is what Joe Biden got paid $5 million to do.
And the FBI knew about it before the 2020 election.
Joe Biden must be impeached and removed, then prosecuted and jailed.

While we have solid proof Joe Biden got paid $5 million for a quid pro quo scheme, the DOJ is planning to indict President Trump tomorrow for the classified document hoax.

4. ... The DOJ has already predicated the baseline of their claim by saying they cannot tell anyone, even the court, what the nature of the documents are that underpin their assertion. Remember, they wouldn’t even let a court appointed “special master” review the documents.

5. Stop and think about that for a moment. NO ONE knows what the documents are, and the DOJ has stated they will never say what the documents are.

6. The DOJ is filing a case about the mishandling of documents, in whatever legal construct they put forth, while simultaneously saying they are under no obligation to tell anyone what the documents are.

7. Essentially....
DOJ: Trump violated USC 793 in his discussion and/or handling of documents.

Trump Lawyers: What documents?

DOJ: We can’t say, and we won’t tell you.

Today is indeed a dark day for the United States of America.

It is unconscionable for a President to indict the leading candidate opposing him. Joe Biden kept classified documents for decades.

I, and every American who believes in the rule of law, stand with President Trump against this grave injustice. House Republicans will hold this brazen weaponization of power accountable.

When you look at the classified document handling on Hillary’s server, the case against Trump is nothing in comparison.........but that is what a weaponized DOJ and FBI are all about.

WOW! I read the three categories of Trump's "offenses" ("Withholding of national defense secrets" (which he of course SHOULD do in this case, "Conspiracy to obstruct justice" (actually defend himself against false charges). and "Issuance of false statements" (actually true statements they don't agree with).

These charges are a perfect example of just how corrupt the DOJ and FBI have become. I sincerely hope Trump gets an honest and fair trial and be quickly acquitted of this nonsense.

the Dems are scared - they’re very very scared as Joe nears bribery reality, embarrasses himsef in front of British PM, their thin bench is exposed, Jean Francois compares climate change to WWII and Gavin goes on a publicity tour to accuse RDS of being desperate for attention (hello, South Park). let Hollywood writers strike: this material writes itself

Either we dismantle it or it will dismantle us and our Free Constitutional Republic.

In 1980, Reagan promised to dismantle it. And failed.

In 1994, Gingrich promised to dismantle it. And failed.

It only grew and became more powerful.

It will never be dismantled democratically. It's too late for that. We can only wait for it to run its course and collapse, as in Eastern Europe.

They’ll try to drag Justice Thomas’ wife into this, and Mark Meadows. They don’t need to be able to win the case, they hope they just need to keep it going through the nomination. But if need be they will try to keep it going through the election.

2020 was a communist coup. And no communist government, once in power, has ever voluntarily given up power by losing an election. The closest they ever came was Nicaragua, but in Nicaragua they l9st The election but we’re granted control over the military so the “loss” wasn’t The end of them at all, just a loss in name only. And now The Sandinistas are back, openly- Ortega is still in power. Biden and Kerry were on the USSR and the Sandinista’s side back then. Leopards don’t change their spots with age.

The only way a communist government has ever been removed is by force.

The President Executive Order 13526

Sec. 3.1. Authority for Declassification.

(a) Information shall be declassified as soon as it no longer meets the standards for classification under this order.

(b) Information shall be declassified or downgraded by:

(1) the official who authorized the original classification, if that official is still serving in the same position and has original classification authority;

(2) the originator’s current successor in function, if that individual has original classification authority;

This means any former President of the United States cannot be charged with any possession or mishandling of classified documents. This also means these charges are a complete hoax.

That is an awfully thin set of charges. Maybe if they caught him spitting on the sidewalk, they would get more traction.

If there is no way to seize power back from communist regimes, once they are in place, then why were we running candidates in 2022 in the midterms, and why is Trump even running for President for 2024? What’s the point? I don’t get it. What a waste of time and money? (Right?)

Q: Case in point:

The SOVIET UNION fell. A communist nation.
And yet, many democratic nations were born out of it falling peacefully, such as free/democratic Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Moldova, etc etc.
