I see the board has yet again forgotten that Wilson was re-elected on the slogan “He Kept Us Out Of War”. It was the US public that wanted to go to war, shaming Wilson and showing the courage of Americans. Wilson was a precursor of Biden, allowing ships with US passengers to be blood-sacrificed to tyrants. Had WWI resulted in Germany taking over the continent, we certainly would have been next, because Kaiser Wilhelm’s stated goal was to assemble “a United States of Europe against America”.
