ASSUMING that we’re actually getting facts here, I would go with charging the shooter as one can reasonably assume that the shooting wouldn’t have happened if she hadn’t been a wise-ass regarding the IPad.
From the article it is not clear that it was an IPad; it may have been roller skates.
That may not make a difference - but it does indicate there are conflicting accounts of what happened.
I would not assume that Ben Crump is always careful with the facts.
