As the lone dissent, Katanji must write this on her own.

Well, duh. Strike all you want, but property damage incurred therein is on the one who does the damage.

That’s what clerks are for. I doubt she can construct a coherent paragraph.

I think we are seeing the result of real “education”.
Our lefty judges have spent their lives tightly wrapped in the affirmative action bubble.
Perhaps after being unwrapped and exposed to some of the greatest legal minds ever .. they have begun to see a glimmer of light.
I know that is a long shot ... but you have to remember they are sitting in a room with the likes of Clarence Thomas . They have never been exposed to that sort of intellect before.
They are like the storm troopers trying to out wit the Jedi knights. may the force be with them.

More common sense from SCOTUS...I’d like to think there is still hope.

Yes another example of SCOTUS exercising well-reasoned restraint.
They didn’t say the unions have to pay. They said if the state determines that the unions have to pay, the feds ain’t bailing them out.

From the dissent:
“In my view, today’s misguided foray underscores the wisdom of Congress’s decision to create an agency that is
uniquely positioned to evaluate the facts and apply the law
in cases such as this one.”
So much for separation of powers.

Justice Katanji apparently believes victims of vandalism etc. are not entitled to timely justice. Her statements are reminiscent of BLM justifications for riot damage to businesses, because they are insured.

The only dissent came from Jackson, as I mentioned above, mainly on the basis that the federal judiciary has no business in this case at all. I might agree with her, if her opinion also included a stipulation that the National Labor Relations Board -- and the entire U.S. Department of Labor, for that matter -- has no business even existing at all.

Union thugs almost killed a bunch of people when they torched an apartment building conversion called the “3rd quarter” in philly. I lived across the street and woke to a wall of fire. i gathered my stuff and evacuated my building which wasn’t really threatened. but the next day you could see the limestone on the front of the building had oxidized from the flames.

Jumanji Jackson, as expected, followed the constitution in her decision.
