On the video it almost sounds like the cadets were cheering after he fell.To be fair, I think the people who were cheering hadn't realized what had happened yet. That being said, this is happening too frequently for the media to continue to ignore - falling up the stairs of Air Force One, falling off of his bike, stumbling down the steps in Japan a few weeks ago, now this.

Dick Van Dyke was a phenomenal dancer.
And a great artist as making a pratfall! I saw an article about him doing such stunts in TV Guide about fifty two years ago.

Biden was walking off the stage when he appeared to have tripped on a sandbag. Biden was later seen motioning to the sandbags after he was helped to his feet and proceeded to walk away unassisted.Conveniently none of the video shows the so called sand bags.
