Biden Admits Son Beau Died From Cancer And Not In Iraq, 11 Days After Claiming He Died In War

At a Memorial Day speech on Monday, President Joe Biden admitted that his late son Beau had died of brain cancer, not combat, 11 days after falsely telling U.S. troops in Japan that Beau had died “in Iraq.”

Biden explained to the bereaved relatives of the fallen at Arlington National Cemetery that although his son did not pass away on the “battlefield,” he thought his cancer might have been brought on by exposure to dangerous fumes from “burn pits” while on a one-year deployment. Correcting his past statements.

“Our losses are not the same. He didn’t perish in the battlefield. It was cancer that stole him from us a year after being deployed as a major in the U.S. Army National Guard in Iraq,” Biden said, misstating by about five years the duration between his son’s return from deployment and his passing.

Since last year, the 80-year-old president has confused viewers by asserting that his son died in Iraq at least three other times.

In October, Biden said again that his son Beau had “lost his life in Iraq,” and in November, he asserted that Iraq is “where my son died.” On his way to the G-7 conference in Hiroshima this month, he also told a group of Marines that “we lost him [Beau] in Iraq.”

The former attorney general of Delaware, Beau Biden, passed away in 2015 at the age of 46 from glioblastoma, a fast-growing and aggressive brain tumor, at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Tuesday marks the seventh anniversary of his passing.

A recent Washington Post-ABC poll found that only 32% of the public thinks that Biden, the nation’s oldest president ever, has the mental acuity needed to keep his position. As a result, this particular issue has become a key campaign talking point for Republican officials.

Nevertheless, Biden also has a lengthy history of exaggerating or making false or improbable statements, such as when he declared in December that his uncle, Frank Biden, had received an honorary Purple Heart. Biden also declared in May that he had been chosen to attend the Naval Academy back in 1965.

However, neither assertion is supported by any evidence.

Biden signed the PACT Act in August of last year, which permits the Veterans Affairs Department to more easily approve disability insurance claims for veterans with respiratory conditions or cancer that may be related to chemicals from combat zones, and also provides increased medical treatment for up to 10 years after a veteran leaves the military, an increase from the 5 years it was prior.

During a speech, when the president was speaking on the signing of the PACT Act, he repeated again that his son had died from his experiences while on deployment in Iraq. However, this particular time he at least clarified that he believed that the effects of war were what caused his son’s demise, not combat itself.

“Many of our nation’s warriors… have selflessly served only to return home and suffer from the permanent effects of the poisonous smoke. Too many have died — excuse the personal reference, like my son Beau,” Biden said.

This isn’t a lie. Its much worse than a lie. He has advanced dementia. He actually can’t remember how his son died. And this is what is running our country.

The only reason he “admitted it” ws because it was written on the teleprompter for him to read most likely. If he was speaking off the cuff, he likely would have never said he died anywhere but on battlefield.

Lately he has shifted his false claim to say Beau died from cancer BECAUSE of Iraqi “tar pits” or some such nonsense.

At least he didn’t misspell “potatoes”. The press would’ve had a field day.

The closest Beau got to smoke from a burn pit was enjoying a Cuban Cigar at the officers club.

Beau was a JAG and didn’t serve in combat. Biden is a pathological liar and Democrats seem to like it.

Beau did prosecute US military members who were just trying to survive under Obama’s insane rules of engagement.

As I understand it, Beau was in the Green Zone of Beirut working out of a law office for his seven month tour. I doubt there were burn pits either in the Green Zone or anywhere else in the highly populated urban center. Just another lie from a man who has gotten away with lies his entire career.

The burn pits were places where soldiers were exposed to toxic chemicals. They were used to burn all sorts of nasty stuff. Lt Cols on the JAG didn't go to burn pits. I know people with serious health issues on 100% disability that the government agrees were probably caused by exposure to vile chemicals at burn pits. But very few officers ever visited them and I don't think any stayed there days at a time! I didn't go to one, and I was a Lt Col at a couple of FOBs. And politically powerful Beau?

He was a military lawyer assigned to the 261 Signal Brigade. Good luck finding details on what he did. They often talk about him getting a "Bronze Star" - but high ranking officers and politically connected officers get Bronze Stars for "meritorious achievement, or meritorious service in a combat zone", not bravery. I knew a Colonel soon to be promoted to General who got one in Gulf War 1. Let's just say he was considered totally inept and a number of guys thought he bordered on cowardice. But he had connections, and he got a Bronze Star "for meritorious service in a combat zone".

He seems to gave been at Camp Victory, a massive base in Iraq commanded by a 4-star general. At its peak - when Biden was there - it had 46,000 people.

“Just outside the palace, American troops whacked golf balls into man-made lakes or fished for carp, while others sat down with a cigar and a can of nonalcoholic beer hoping for a respite from incoming rockets or mortar shells.”

Biden doesn’t have dementia. He reads a teleprompter for 2 and 1/2 hours. My mom has dementia, and she doesn’t even know me, let alone reading for a length of time.

Biden’s a liar and this dementia is part of his lie. Everything is scripted, an act. Notice how many times he falls going upstairs on a plane? Notice how disorganized he seemed during the election? It’s in the script. He’s been the same for years, and he wants to run again.

His lie of dementia makes the Republicans too confident. They lost in 2022 thinking the man has nobody at his rallies of 6 people sitting in circles on a floor. Democrats are crafty as hell. So get over his seeming dementia and see him for who he is – a lying con artist.

Dementia caues the following: memory loss. difficulty concentrating. finding it hard to carry out familiar daily tasks, such as getting confused over the correct change when shopping. struggling to follow a conversation or find the right word. being confused about time and place. mood changes. Nothing about the inability to read aloud

My mother had dementia and had no clue who I was. However, she could still read but 30 seconds later had no clue as to what she just read.

Is Biden a Liar, Pervert, Pedophile, Sexual Deviant, Con Artist, YES HE IS. Does he have Dementia? I’d be hard pressed to say NO. He has ALWAYS been a Loud Mouth A@@hole. With Dementia, we are seeing the spew slip out more often in public.
