It is so weird to me that in order for trump to win the primary neither trump nor his supporters realize he’s absolutely nuking his chances in the general.

Actually, I think it's the other way around. As governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis has been waging high-profile battles that will endear him to GOP groups like evangelical Christians, but will turn him off to almost every other voting cohort in America today.

I've said for months that the Rust Belt states Trump won unexpectedly in 2016 -- mostly on the strength of support from independents and even many Democrats -- will never vote for an establishment Republican tool like Ron DeSantis.

Yes, Trump was elected by 60,000 Democrats in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, any of them who are still alive will be RFK jr. voters this time around.

So you think that Trump taking Disney's side in their feud with DeSantis will help Trump with Republicans? Hmm.

And you also want me to believe the people who voted for Trump in 2016 and then did NOT vote for him in 2020 will now go back and vote for him in 2024? Hmmmmmm.
