Seruzawa’s 70 plus year informal survey says the opposite. In general, Whites are the least racist. Asians are the most. By far. This includes visiting China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Japan, etc. Blacks are close. Hispanics not so much except where it comes to Blacks. Those two groups really really hate each other.
This is all generalities of course. But I’ll stand by my experience.

Many years ago I read a book about Vietnam which claimed that the Vietnamese were the most racist people of all, prejudiced against every other group. This was during the Vietnam War so referring to Vietnamese in Vietnam, not the refugees who later came to the US. The author was a white American woman if I remember correctly.
