California’s long history as a cotton-growing Slave State is finally being rectified. All of the many California residents whose ancestors have been living in the state for 150+ years will now have to pay for their crimes.
Whew, and here I thought it would be wealthy white people. Sounds like everyone on the hook will have a Spanish surname.
