That said, 65nm limits Russian native manufacture (barring any off the wall techniques/applications) to chips and speeds roughly comparable to what was available on the consumer market in 2003 or so.
And no, 10nm isn’t good enough. Intel spent much of the last half decade trying to pretend it was, but now they’re getting their lunch eaten by everyone else.
Wrong! 10 Nm CPU is good enough for all you want to do with a Desktop or Laptop.
But 7NM (TMSC can do this) and less, is what the obsessed need for their phones and tablets. Lower power and battery draw. Do they do anything useful in the work world?\\\\ No!
