Judging by the Howard grads I have worked with, they really do make Biden appear to have a “sound analytical intellect”.
Biden has a case of TDS and no intellect of any kind.

If you walk into a doctor’s office and see a Howard U med school diploma on the wall, turn around and walk out. I’m not sure of more recent rankings, but a few years ago, Howard med grads had the highest rate of malpractice suits of all US med school grads.

Biden tends to accept degrees from black colleges and universities, because it's an opportunity to give his usual Democracy In Danger spiel, and because the students aren't likely to protest, but he would have received similarly fulsome praise from any university that gave him a degree.
If you can fill a cranium with two brain cells, Howard University will award you a doctorate degree.

Alas, the trader would not part with a blanket for such a minor return but offered a dusty hippopotamus hide that though rough was in fact large enough.
